OpenMoni provides infrastructure monitoring, uptime tracking, alerting, and related analytics tools. The Service may include web interfaces, APIs, email notifications, and third-party integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; using the Service to monitor endpoints you do not own or have explicit authorization to monitor; distributing malware; sending spam; and interfering with other users' accounts.

5. Monitoring Endpoints

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to monitor any endpoint, server, or resource you add to OpenMoni. You agree not to add endpoints that you do not own or have explicit authorization to monitor.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment. Fees are described on the pricing page or in a separate order form. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may change our fees at any time. Any fee changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is provided.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpenMoni and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpenMoni be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenMoni and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenMoni operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
